Iris Ganz איריס גנץ

Iris Ganz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Iris Ganz is currently working as the VP of Business Development at ACiiST Smart City Networks Ltd., where they are responsible for upgrading existing lighting poles to create a smarter infrastructure for public spaces.

Prior to this, Iris served as the Director of Innovation at Kfar Saba Economic Development Company from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they led the GreenUp City - A PoC Acceleration Program, focusing on Circular Economy technologies.

From 2016 to 2019, Iris worked as the Head of Herzliya Accelerator Center (HAC), overseeing the operations and management of the organization.

Before joining HAC, they gained experience as a News Reporter at SCHOCKEN GROUP LTD from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, Iris served as the Marketing Manager at WePower - עמותת כ"ם - כוח נשים, an NGO promoting women's leadership and gender integration in Israeli society, from 2012 to 2013.

From 2009 to 2012, Iris worked as the Marketing & Media Manager at the Ministry of Public Security - MEZILA, where they were responsible for marketing and media-related activities.

Prior to that, they worked at Leumi Tomorrow: The Centennial Fund for Endowing Israel's Future Generations as the Acting Director & Project Manager. In this role, they oversaw funding and facilitation of non-profit organizations leading social projects across the country.

Iris began their career at The Peres Center for Peace, where they worked in the Economic Department and was involved in implementing economic projects and promoting international joint ventures between Israeli investors, Palestinians, and Europeans from 1997 to 2001.

Iris Ganz, also known as איריס גנץ, pursued their Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree in Project Management from Tel Aviv University. Iris Ganz undertook their studies at the university from 1998 to 2000.
