Chisom Umeanor

Chisom Umeanor is a skilled professional with extensive experience in administrative support and customer service. Currently serving as a Bookkeeping Assistant at Ackah Business Immigration Law since June 2022, Chisom has previously worked as an Intake Specialist on Upwork and as an Administrative Assistant at OBD GROUP NIGERIA Ltd., where key responsibilities included managing office operations and supporting visitors. Prior to these roles, Chisom held positions at Access Bank Plc, first as an Account Officer, conducting market surveys and client education, and then as a Customer Service Representative, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
