Throughout their career, Adriana has demonstrated skills in candidate sourcing, recruitment processes, and leadership in talent acquisition efforts for different organizational levels. Prior to their HR roles, Adriana also held positions supporting marketing and technology vice presidencies, showcasing their versatility and administrative capabilities.
