Patricia Melchor is currently serving as the Partner Managing Director for ACKERMANN INTERNATIONAL in Chile, a leading international head hunting firm. With an extensive background in client relations and account management as a Wholesale Banking Senior Consultant, Patricia has expertise in talent acquisition and market research. In the past, Patricia has also worked in research roles at Verdeja & Asociados and Jean Belda & Partners. Patricia holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and has furthered their education in coaching.
