Nanda Nachappa

Nanda Nachappa's work experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Lead at ACL Digital since April 2022. Prior to that, Nanda worked as a Senior Executive US-Talent Acquisition at ACL Digital from March 2021 to March 2022. In this role, Nanda managed clients such as Twitter, Facebook, Cisco, Ernst & Young, Juniper Networks, Wills Tower Watson, Boeing, and Vmware. Nanda also performed professional recruitment for Fortune 1000 organizations, handled client calls, and provided updates to the team.

Before joining ACL Digital, Nanda worked at SUNRISE BIZTECH SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED as a Recruiter from March 2018 to March 2021. In this role, Nanda was responsible for professional recruitment for Fortune 1000 organizations in the US, focused on finding qualified Engineering and IT professionals. Nanda utilized strategic methods such as databases, job boards, networking, and references to identify suitable candidates and build strong relationships with them.

Nanda Nachappa completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from JSS Centre for Management Studies (JSS CMS) in 2017.
