Mary Lubarda

Mary Lubarda has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Mary worked at ACL Laboratories as the Director of IL Ambulatory Laboratory Services starting in 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Advocate Health Care as an Ambulatory Supervisor, where they monitored the operational performance of nine offices and implemented procedures to ensure standardization. Additionally, they assisted with developing a front-end order entry system to increase operational efficiency. Earlier in their career, they worked at LabCorp as a Compliance & Safety Manager, where they trained employees on various regulations and performed audits for compliance. Mary also worked as a Client Services Manager, leading a team that handled client communication and managed a departmental budget.

Mary Lubarda completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Elmhurst University from 2001 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University, which they completed from 2007 to 2010.
