Yin Virak

Cambodian. Born January 1982. Mr. Yin Virak has worked with ACLEDA since May 2003 as Staff of Treasury Settlement Unit. He then was promoted and worked in various management positions tie to treasury tasks for more than 15 years. In 2018, he was assigned as SVP & Head of Corporate Secretary and Disclosure Division till 2022. He has recently been promoted to EVP & Group Chief Treasury Officer from January 1, 2023 until present.

As Executive Vice President & Group Chief Treasury Officer, he is a member of the Bank's Executive Committee and is responsible for leading a group of treasury, which consists of one Head of Division and 3 Heads of Departments, including Financial and Institution Division, Treasury Department, FX and Reserve Department, and Treasury Dealing Centre. He is responsible for strategic planning for the Bank, including development and research for funding, new treasury products/services as well as funding and treasury products/services sales growth planning and implementation. He is responsible for leading, monitoring, controlling, and evaluating the Bank's daily treasury operations.

His other responsibilities within the group include currently serving as supporting subsidiaries in term of treasury affairs.
