Marie Medina

Marie Medina is an Emerging Philanthropy Officer at the ACLU of Colorado, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Marie served as the Grassroots Fundraising Manager at Chinook Fund from April 2020 to June 2023 and as the Membership Coordinator at Health Care for All Colorado, where efforts focused on rebuilding the membership base for universal healthcare advocacy. Additional experience includes coordinating funder partnerships at Social Movement Technologies, supporting fundraising and communications for a Denver mayoral campaign, and holding development roles at the Colorado Organization for Latina Opportunity and Reproductive Rights. Marie's career began in youth counseling at the Tennyson Center for Children and included a teacher residency with Denver Public Schools. Marie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Women's Studies from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
