Elizabeth Osley

Elizabeth Osley is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in civil rights and human rights law. Currently serving as the Legal Department Manager at the ACLU of New Jersey since January 2023, Osley has previously held significant roles at the New York City Commission on Human Rights, including Administrative Counsel and Director of the Early Intervention Unit. Expertise includes managing legal operations, systematizing data collection, conducting investigations and litigation for discrimination cases, and implementing improvements in case management processes. Osley holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School, where graduation was achieved cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University, alongside an academic experience at Macquarie University.
