Mikhaela Payden-Travers

Mikhaela Payden-Travers has a robust background in nonprofit development and donor relations, currently serving as the Donor Relationship Manager at the ACLU of North Carolina since May 2022. Previously, Mikhaela held the position of Assistant Director of Library and College Development at Wake Forest University from April 2018 to May 2022 and served as Development Manager for the Center for Civilians in Conflict from January 2016 to April 2018. Earlier career experience includes roles as Development Coordinator at the Gerson Institute and Development Specialist at PASITOS Centro De Educacion Especial. Mikhaela also volunteered at Centro Maya X'equiaqaasiwaan and worked as an Administrative and Fundraising Assistant for Virginians for Alternatives to the Death Penalty. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from William & Mary.
