C. Raphael Davis-Williams

C. Raphael Davis-Williams serves as the Director of Equity and Inclusion at the ACLU of Ohio since April 2019, focusing on the cultivation of a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture. Prior experience includes a role as a Solo Practitioner at The Law Office of Spater & Davis-Williams, LLC from March 2012 to July 2020, where responsibilities involved managing a civil rights practice addressing various discrimination and wrongful termination claims. Earlier experience includes positions as a Civil Rights Attorney at Spater Law Office and a Judicial Extern at the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio. C. Raphael Davis-Williams also worked as a Summer Associate at Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff and as a General Assignment Reporter/Substitute Anchor at various broadcasting stations. Educational qualifications include a JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a BFA from Sam Houston State University.
