Senior Director Human Resources at ACLU

Amanda Romagnano, CCP, PMP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee benefits administration and planning. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at the ACLU since April 2006, Amanda has held various leadership roles, including Director of Total Rewards and Associate Director of Retirement, Health, and Wellness. Previous positions include Benefits Manager at both a private law firm and Conde Nast, as well as Senior HR Advisor at the National Bank of Canada. Amanda began their career as a Benefits Administrator at The Museum of Modern Art and held a Senior Manager position at Sotheby's. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from New York University.
