James Parsley

James (Jim) Parsley is a highly experienced professional in the concrete industry with a robust background in technical services and quality management. Currently serving as a Technical Service Representative at ACM Chemistries, Inc. since November 2022, James assists customers in enhancing concrete quality and production efficiencies. Previously, as a Technical Services Engineer at CarbonCure Technologies, James focused on sustainability in concrete for ready-mix and precast companies. James has held senior management roles, including Sr. Quality Manager at LB Foster and Sr. Manager for Quality Assurance at CXT Incorporated, overseeing quality and concrete mix design across multiple plants. James began a career in public service as an honorary page in the Washington State House of Representatives in 1989 and 1990.
