Tony Rodrigue is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Director of Food And Beverage at Acme Oyster House since September 2019, Tony has previously held positions such as Kitchen Manager and Executive Chef at Bayou Oaks at City Park, and Assistant Kitchen Manager at Acme Oyster House. Tony's career began with foundational roles as a Line Cook at Mizado Cocina and Austin's Restaurant, as well as Chefs Assistant at MMI Culinary Services. Educated at the Culinary Institute of New Orleans, Tony earned the Certified Executive Chef (C.E.C.) designation between 2013 and 2015, following completion of studies at Jesuit High School from 2005 to 2010.
