John Critchley is currently the General Manager at Acme Smoked Fish Corp. Prior to this role, John held positions such as Director of Operations at Brady Enterprises and Operations Leader Culinary Innovation CPG at Chew. With a background in culinary arts and experience in the food manufacturing industry, John also served as Executive Chef at various establishments including Siren by RW Group and Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. John is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and holds a better process control certificate from the University of California, Davis.
