Frank Wedemeyer has over 30 years of work experience in the design industry. Frank started their career in 1986 as a Designer at Frank Wedemeyer Design. From 1991 to 1998, they worked as a Designer at ACO. In 1998, they founded their own company, Shape Design GmbH, where they served as the CEO/Owner/Industrial Designer until 2013. In 2013, they joined ACO again as the Head of Design. In 2016, they became a Fellow of Kultur- und Kreativwirtschaft des BMWi at Bundesregierung. Overall, their expertise lies in marketing-style concepting, creating business signs and logos, and designing rooms, shops, and trade fairs.
Frank Wedemeyer attended Muthesius Werkkunstschule Kiel from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a Diploma in Industrial-Design. In 1990 and 1991, they also attended IDEA Design Team in Kressbronn, focusing on knowledge acquisition and studying various subjects like ÖBB train, Metrohm Ammetrieconsole, and Christmastreefoot.
