Roxane Prince has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Roxane began their career at Le Groupe Cirque du Soleil, where they worked as a Coordinator of Digital Marketing before becoming a Team Lead in CRM and Web Analytics. Roxane then joined Antiquité Michel Prince as a Sales & Marketing Associate. Roxane then returned to Le Groupe Cirque du Soleil as a Business Analyst, where they participated in strategic IT/ecommerce projects. Roxane'snext role was as a Team Lead in Digital Platforms & CRM Program, where they led the loyalty program and oversaw the evolution of digital platforms and e-commerce communication strategies. Roxane also held roles at Fonds de solidarité FTQ, where they worked as a Senior Consultant in Digital & Customer Experience Platforms, and at ACCEO Solutions, where they worked in various marketing and innovation positions, including as a Director and Vice President of Operations. Throughout their career, Roxane has demonstrated skills in strategic planning, marketing, branding, communication, innovation, and customer experience.
Roxane Prince obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Business Management, with a focus on Marketing, through the Cooperative Program at Université de Sherbrooke from 2002 to 2004. In 2017, they received a Certificate in Leadership from Institut de leadership en gestion. Additionally, in 2015, Roxane completed Executive and management training at HEC Montréal, specializing in Loyalty programs: best practices, trends, and performance. Roxane also attended a course on Agile for managers at Pyxis Technologies in the same year. Presently, from 2018 to 2023, Roxane is pursuing a degree in Leadership Development at Harris Computer.
