Novelin Tesalonika

Novelin Tesalonika has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles.

In 2018, Novelin worked as a Summer Intern at EF Academy, an International Boarding School. Their responsibilities included assisting the admission team in planning and organizing the graduation gathering for EF Academy Torbay graduates. They also handled the arrangement of new students' documents.

From 2020 to 2021, Novelin joined Aksel as a User Success professional. They managed the spokesperson for 15+ internal and external partners weekly, achieving a high satisfaction rate.

In 2021, Novelin worked at Hiremaxi Learning Platform as a Program Innovator. Their role involved program and event design, as well as conducting research on management soft skills for small-medium enterprises and employees. They summarized and compiled research findings for implementation in the company campaign.

Currently, Novelin is a Marketing Coordinator at aCommerce, starting in 2022. Their responsibilities in this role are not specified.

With experience in marketing coordination, program innovation, user success, and event planning, Novelin has developed a well-rounded skill set in various aspects of business.

Novelin Tesalonika completed their education at the Institut Teknologi Bandung from 2019 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Management degree with a specialization in International Business. In 2021 to 2022, alongside their studies at the Institut Teknologi Bandung, Novelin pursued further education at IÉSEG School of Management. Here, they obtained a Bachelor of International Business degree with a focus on Marketing and Negotiation.

In addition to their formal education, Novelin also obtained several certifications. In April 2022, they received the Google Ads Display Certification, Google Ads Search Certification, and Google Ads Video Certification from Google. Novelin also achieved the Google Analytics Individual Qualification in March 2022. Furthermore, Novelin acquired the Academic English (C1 equivalent) certification from IELTS Official in November 2020.
