Peter Rabover

Peter Rabover has been a Managing Director for Artko Capital, since July 2014. Immediately prior to launching Artko Capital LP in July 2015, Peter was a Research Analyst for a value oriented fund in Santa Cruz, CA. From 2012 to 2014, he worked within the investment management arm of Scharf Investments. During his time with the firm, he was the lead analyst on all energy and financial investments, in addition to his generalist research work and assisting in fixed income research. Prior to joining Scharf Investments, he worked for Hahn Capital Management in San Francisco as a Senior Analyst from 2005 to 2010, and as an Analyst Consultant to Rainbow Fund in 2011 and 2012. Peter began his career in business as an M&A analyst with US Steel, as well as an Economic Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Kazakhstan from 2003 to 2005. Peter graduated from Duquesne University with a B.S. in Finance in 2001 and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at University of Virginia in 2011. He has achieved the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2004 and is a former member of the CFA Society of San Francisco. Peter is an avid ultra runner and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
