Roxie Cooper Dip Cii - Acii On-Going (Claims)

Roxie Cooper DIP CII (Claims) is currently serving as a Technical Mitigation Lead and Technical Mitigation Handler at ACORN INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED since January 2021. In this role, Roxie manages a team focused on back year claims to reduce volume and indemnity spend, with a strong emphasis on strategic implementation within the mitigation department. Prior to this, Roxie worked at Ageas Insurance Limited from September 2009 to January 2021 as an Injury Negotiator, handling personal injury claims with values up to £100,000 and as a Third Party/MOJ Claims Handler, managing claims within the MOJ Portal. Roxie's earlier experience at Ageas Insurance Ltd from January 2006 to January 2009 as a Claims Advisor involved working in the FNOL department, providing timely and efficient service to policyholders for their claims and repairs. Roxie is currently pursuing ACII certification.
