Dᴇɴɴɪs Jay Cᴀɢᴀɴ

Dennis Jay Cagan has extensive experience in corporate governance and technology consulting, having founded Caganco Incorporated in 1983 and served as Shadow CEO since 1984. With a significant presence on 71 for-profit company boards, including 10 public boards, Dennis has held prominent roles such as chairman and compensation committee chair. Notable ventures include co-founding Acorn Technologies in 1997, and active involvement in various enterprises like PHY Wireless, Voz Media Inc., and Guardian Alliance Technologies, Inc. Additionally, Dennis is recognized as an author focused on private company governance. An alumnus of UCLA, Dennis studied economics but did not obtain a degree.
