Alex Li

Alex Li is a Senior Software Engineer at Acorns, with experience in building and maintaining distributed systems across backend architecture, including user state management, authentication, authorization, billing, funding sources, and money movement since September 2019. Prior to Acorns, Alex worked as a Software Engineer at Abbott from September 2018 to August 2019 and as a Software Engineering Co-op from July 2017 to December 2017. Academic contributions include serving as a Teaching Assistant for Intro to Computer Science I at Oregon State University and for Introduction to C++ at the University of Southern California. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern California.
