Andrew Ditton

Andrew Ditton has extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Andrew began their career as an Audit Senior at Eacotts, where they gained a strong background in double entry and tax planning. Andrew then joined Grant Thornton UK LLP as an Assurance Manager, managing audits for a diverse range of companies and developing technical skills in financial reporting. At AkzoNobel, Andrew held multiple positions, including Head of Commercial Finance and Head of Finance Business Partnering, where they oversaw P&L, drove receivables optimization, and provided commercial support to the business. Andrew also led the Finance and Sales Support Departments as part of the International Business Development management team. Most recently, Andrew worked at the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team as the Head of Commercial Finance, where they managed a team responsible for financial reporting and cost optimization. Currently, they hold the role of Commercial Finance Lead / Head of FP&A & Business Partnering at Acosta Europe, where they are tasked with evolving the European division and streamlining commercial finance processes.

Andrew Ditton completed their education with a focus on mathematics. From 1992 to 1997, they attended Claires Court School, where they obtained their GCSEs. Following this, they attended Sir William Borlase's Grammar School from 1997 to 1999, where they completed their A Levels in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Andrew then pursued higher education at the University of Bath from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a First Class Honours BSc degree in Mathematics. After completing their undergraduate studies, they attended ICAEW from 2003 to 2006 to obtain their A.C.A qualification.
