James Harkins has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. James started their career as an intern at Johnson & Johnson, where they gained experience in finance and pharmaceutical research and development. James then worked as an equity research analyst at the Arnone-Lerer Fund, where they managed a large cap equity fund and conducted equity research analysis.

After that, James joined BASF and completed the Accounting Professional Development Program, where they gained experience in financial planning and analysis, internal audit, corporate accounting, and other accounting-related roles. James also passed all four CPA exams during this time.
