Alec Russell has a wide range of work experience in various positions. Alec began their career as a Bakery Manager in 1992 and worked for several companies, including Econo Foods, CUB Foods, and Barlow Foods. In 1998, they became an Assistant Store Manager at Nash Finch, where they gained experience in employee training, merchandising, inventory control, payroll, and more. Alec was later promoted to Store Director and Department Head at Nash Finch, responsible for the flagship-training store and eventually becoming the Merchandising Manager for Corporate Retail. In 2014, Alec joined CVS Health as a Store Director before moving on to Mega Foods in 2015 and Gordy's Market in 2016, where they held the position of Store Director. In 2016, they began working at Acosta Sales and Marketing Company as a Food Technologist, responsible for achieving maximum sales and profits for their clients by reducing shrinkage and increasing market share. In 2018, Alec was promoted to Fresh Operations Director at Acosta Sales and Marketing Co, overseeing a team of Fresh Technicians and working with clients to increase sales and profits.
Alec Russell attended John Marshall High School from 1984 to 1987 and obtained a diploma. Following that, they studied at Rochester Community and Technical College from 1988 to 1991, but no degree or field of study is specified.
