Tom Hagen

Tom Hagen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Beginning in 1998, they worked as a Store Manager, Buyer Merchandiser, and Area Operations Director for Randall's Stores Inc. In 2000, they transitioned to the role of Category Manager at the same company, overseeing regional dairy and frozen category management. Tom then moved on to SUPERVALU in 2004, where they held various positions including Category Manager, Senior Director of Store Supplies and Strategic Sourcing, and Senior Director of Sourcing Private Brands. In 2012, they worked as a National Sales Executive at Business Impact Group before joining UNFI in 2014 as a Senior Director of Sales and Analytics. Currently, they are the Director of Sales at Acosta, a position they have held since September 2021. Throughout their career, Tom has demonstrated a strong ability to manage large budgets, develop strategic sourcing strategies, and cultivate strong relationships with vendors and clients.

Tom Hagen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southwest State University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications in leadership and problem-solving from LinkedIn, all in 2023.
