Yoniel Milo

Yoniel Milo has over two decades of experience in security and retail management, currently serving as Security Manager at Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach since August 2020. Previously, Yoniel held various positions at Sears Holdings Corporation from June 2002 to August 2020, including Assistant Manager in the Security Department, Asset and Profit Protection Manager, and Operations Manager. Responsibilities included leadership development, profit loss reduction, team management, and operational audits. Earlier experience as a Loss Prevention Investigator at The Home Depot involved conducting safety audits and implementing shrink prevention strategies. Yoniel holds a diploma in General Studies from Hialeah Senior High School and pursued further education at Florida International University.
