Carlos O. has extensive experience in technical account management, currently serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Acquia since June 2015, where expertise in Drupal and technical strategy is provided to elite accounts. Previously, Carlos held the position of Technical Account Manager at Acquia, and before that, worked as an IT Consultant specializing in web development and e-commerce. Additional roles include bilingual teacher at Cleveland ISD, System Administrator at Etek and Certicámara S.A., Software Architect as an independent consultant, and various positions in software development and system engineering early in the career. Carlos holds degrees in Computer Engineering and Technology Management from Universidad Piloto de Colombia and Universidad EAN, respectively, as well as a high school diploma from Colegio La Salle, Villavicencio.
