Richard Eriksson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Richard worked at Acquia from 2015 to the present, starting as a Customer Support Engineer and progressing to Senior Support Engineer and currently holds the position of Lead Support Engineer. Prior to Acquia, Richard worked as a Proprietor at Ethical Detergent in 2009, where they were involved in module selection, development, and configuration, as well as conversion of HTML/CSS/graphics to Drupal PHPTemplate theme. Richard was also responsible for migrating from one server to another. From 2011 to 2015, Richard was a Support Engineer at Chapter Three. In 2010, they worked as a Drupal Developer at OpenRoad Communications. Before that, they worked at Raincity Studios as a Community Support member from 2007 to 2009, and at Bryght as a Community Support and System Administrator from 2004 to 2007. Richard also has experience working at the Port Moody Public Library as a Page/Circulation Assistant from 2000 to 2004, and at the Vancouver Island Regional Library as an Internet Trainer in 1997.
Richard Eriksson attended Simon Fraser University from 1996 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in Photography: First Steps from Lynda.com and Acquia Certified Cloud Pro from Acquia, both obtained in undisclosed years.
