Shakti Singh Rathore is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in cloud operations and DevOps management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Cloud Operations at Acquia since April 2018, Shakti has previously held managerial roles at TO THE NEW and CipherCloud, focusing on DevOps and messaging infrastructure. With a strong foundation in project management from Wipro and technical support experience from HCL Technologies and previous positions, Shakti has demonstrated expertise in ensuring service quality and adherence to SLAs, implementing standardized processes, and building collaborative relationships with clients and remote teams.
