Ebony Santoyo has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2018, they started their career at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, working in sales. Ebony then moved on to Better Buzz Coffee, where they worked as a Barista from November 2018 to October 2020, before taking on the role of Training Ambassador from October 2020 to June 2021. In 2021, they worked as a Journalist at the Skinny Gene Project from January to March, and later joined Bollé Brands as a Customer Support Ambassador in June, transitioning to the role of Customer Support Lead in October 2021 until January 2022. In 2022, they worked as a Client Success Manager at leadPops, Inc. until December. Currently, Ebony is employed as a Customer Success Manager at acquire.com, starting in January 2023.

Ebony Santoyo has a strong education history with a focus on literature and writing studies. Ebony began their academic journey in 2015 at Santa Barbara City College, where they studied English Language and Literature for three years until 2018. Following their time at Santa Barbara City College, Ebony enrolled at Southwestern Community College in 2018 to further their studies in English Language and Literature. After completing their studies at Southwestern Community College, Ebony transferred to California State University San Marcos in 2019. Ebony pursued their Bachelor's degree in Literature and Writing Studies at California State University San Marcos until 2021.
