Elena Cacciapaglia has worked in the music industry since 2016. Elena began their career as an Artist Manager for Tauro Boys, where they were responsible for artist development, strategic planning, partnership and deal negotiations. In 2019, they took on the role of Marketing Intern at MusicList, where they were responsible for digital ads management, SEO, content strategy and influencer marketing. Elena also joined DICE as a Partnerships Development that same year. Currently, they are a Label Manager at Acqustic, where their roles include strategic advisory, analysis of music market trends & data, representing the label with external partners, negotiating deals, building and maintaining relations with distributors, DSPs, media companies and more, in Spain, Italy and LatAm. Elena is also a Key Account Manager, responsible for scouting, negotiating and signing new artists for the label. Her principal clients include Guitarricadelafuente, Besmaya, Paula Koops, Bon Calso, Malmö 040, ERRE, Jaguayano, Liz Forte.
Elena Cacciapaglia has a diverse educational background. Elena obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from Luiss Guido Carli University between 2015 and 2018. Elena then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from UPF Barcelona School of Management between 2018 and 2019. In 2017-2018, Elena took part in a six-month exchange period at Utrecht University, where they studied Economics and Business. Additionally, they attended a Summer School at the University of Bath in 2011, where they studied English Language and Literature/Letters. Elena has also obtained two certifications, one from Campus Las Musas in 2020 for Máster Intensivo: La Industria Musical en la Era Digital and one from Escuela de Empresa in 2020 for Métodos de Negociación Empresarial.
