Paddy Balfour

Paddy Balfour is a seasoned professional in the recruitment industry, currently serving as Managing Director and Executive Director for Asia Pacific at Acre since July 2022. With a focus on embedding purpose-driven individuals into organizations, Acre aims to drive sustainable change. Prior to this, Paddy held the position of Director at Ferguson Partners from September 2015 to July 2022, and managed key roles at Robert Walters, including Regional Manager for Property and Manager of Finance & Accounting from January 2010 to August 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Michael Page between September 2004 and November 2009. Paddy's educational background includes a BSc Hons in Geography from Newcastle University and attendance at Eton College.
