Valerie Lim

Valerie Lim is a seasoned professional in sustainable business and talent development, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Acre since November 2022. With prior experience as an Associate in executive search roles at Korn Ferry and Spencer Stuart, Valerie has developed expertise in consumer markets and team dynamics. Valerie's career began with analytical roles at Clarity Search Ltd and Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, where skills in research and psychology were honed. Valerie represented Singapore as an athlete in the Youth Olympic Games 2010.
