Ruoyu Shi

Ruoyu Shi is a Backend Engineer at Acre since October 2021, previously completing a Master Thesis Project at SBG, a Catapult company, where an algorithm was designed to automatically identify soccer teams’ formations using Python and related libraries, significantly reducing analysis time. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Engineer Associate at Print Express UK, focusing on full-stack development with Angular, Node.js, and Hasura, maintaining a drag and drop database interface for a low-code platform. Ruoyu holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from UCL and a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Science from Shandong University.
