Bob Arowood

Bob leads Acrisure's entire wholesale effort in North America and is focused on seeing Acrisure become one of the largest wholesalers in the world. He joined Acrisure in 2022 via its acquisition of Appalachian Underwriters, a national MGA that Bob formed and served as CEO.

Bob started his career in his family's retail insurance agency in 1983. In addition to forming Appalachian Underwriters, Bob has founded various other insurance entities including carriers, reinsurance captives, and risk retention groups.
