Nicole Lozano

Nicole Lozano serves as the Head of Operations and Vice President of Operations in the South Region at Acrisure since January 2021, focusing on optimizing agency platforms to enhance efficiency and accessibility through technology and standardized processes. Prior to joining Acrisure, Nicole held various roles at IBTX from June 2010 to January 2021, including Director of Operations, Client Relations, and Director of Health & Benefits, where responsibilities involved developing standard practices to ensure a consistent client experience and providing support amidst changing employee benefits. Additional experience includes roles as a Broker/Consultant and Benefits Account Manager, emphasizing relationship management and teamwork in high-pressure environments. Nicole completed education at Douglas MacArthur High School from 2006 to 2009.
