Matt Blumberg

Matt Blumberg is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the technology and executive search sectors. As Co-Founder and Chairman of Bolster since April 2020, Blumberg has led efforts to create an AI-driven platform that has successfully placed over 400 senior executives and raised $25 million in venture capital. Previously, as CEO of Oblong Inc. from September 2021 to June 2023, Blumberg contributed to the company’s strategic direction. Blumberg founded Return Path in 1999 and served as CEO for two decades, scaling the business to over $100 million in revenue and navigating various economic challenges before its sale for $250 million in 2019. Additional leadership roles include board positions at companies such as Moz, Authentic Response, and the Direct Marketing Association. Blumberg holds an AB in Urban Planning from Princeton University.
