Sarah Schwartz

Sarah Schwartz is a legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in transatlantic and cross-border transactions. Currently serving as a Partner at ACROSS LEGAL since September 2021, Sarah provides strategic advice to clients on M&A and venture capital investments. In addition, Sarah co-chairs the M&A Joint Venture Committee for the American Bar Association International Law Section and teaches EU Contract Law and Corporate Engineering at Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE. Previously, Sarah held senior legal positions at Amadeus IT Group and Baker McKenzie, where responsibilities included negotiating significant M&A deals and performing due diligence. Sarah's academic background includes a Doctor of Law from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Master of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Middlebury College.
