Keegan Mallaney

Keegan Mallaney is an experienced Project Coordinator at ACS - Associated Computer Systems since April 2018, with a proven track record in managing and coordinating projects, overseeing ticket processes, and providing guidance to technicians. Previous roles include managing services, where Keegan established communication channels for client feedback and monitored employee performance. Keegan's technical expertise extends to Office 365 administration, VMware configurations, and server firmware updates. Prior to ACS, Keegan volunteered with Global Green's in Iowa, supporting refugee-run farms, and assisted at Law Properties LLC as a Runner. Keegan is pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics at Drake University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Grand View University.
