Richard Paalman

Richard Paalman has extensive experience in human resources leadership, currently serving as a member of the Supervisory Board at Nutreco Nederland B.V. since July 2015 and as Director of HR and Organization at ACSI Publishing since September 2021. Previously, Richard held significant roles including Global Director of HR at Canon Production Printing from February 2017 to August 2021 and at CRV Holding BV from November 2009 to January 2017, where responsibilities included global HR policy development and execution across multiple regions. Richard's earlier positions include Director of HR at Océ Technologies and Senior HR Manager at NXP Semiconductors. Educationally, Richard earned an MSc in Business Administration from Radboud University from 1992 to 1997.
