Belinda Ephraim

Belinda Bassey Ephraim is a Managing Director with ACT Capital Advisors where she is responsible for transaction origination, advisory, and execution.

A growth strategist and data-driven executive with deep financial acumen, Ms. Ephraim brings more than 17 years combined experience in Investment Banking, Infrastructure Finance, and Revenue Management. During that time, she successfully originated, underwrote, advised, and closed thirty transactions involving firms valued from $10MM to $159B during her combined tenure at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Merrill Lynch Capital, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Having gained transaction advisory experience, both domestically and internationally, across a broad range of industries, she has a unique understanding of M&A complexities and how to integrate win-win deal structure strategies for both buyers and sellers.

Along with being a dedicated M&A Advisor to prosperous entrepreneur and family-owned companies, Ms. Ephraim herself is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and sold multiple businesses and most recently founded a digital health, personal care products, and wellness E-commerce venture.

Belinda holds an MBA in Finance from Babson College and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.
