Julie Kulp

Julie Kulp is a seasoned construction project management professional with extensive experience in post-award construction projects. Currently serving as Senior Assistant Project Manager at ACT Construction since September 2019, Kulp specializes in a range of tasks including obtaining building permits, issuing subcontracts, managing compliance documentation, and assisting with construction-related logistics.
