Jesse D. Williams

Jesse D. Williams serves as Vice President of DoD Accounts at Concept Plus, LLC since August 2022 and holds a Fellowship at the American Council for Technology - Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) since May 2018. As the Owner of GIE LLC since June 2021, Jesse D. Williams previously excelled as a Business Development Executive at IPT Associates, where successful business capture efforts resulted in $404 million for the US Army Futures Command. Jesse D. Williams also managed programs for the USAF at Definitive Logic, achieving $140 million in new business, and held several leadership roles at Ventech Solutions, DCMA, and the Defense Logistics Agency, focusing on IT project management and contracting. Educational credentials include an MBA and a bachelor's degree in International Business from Ohio University, alongside advanced certifications in project management and contracting.
