Doug Harlow

Doug Harlow has extensive experience in business development and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for DHS Cyber Security and Customs and Border Protection at Advanced Concepts and Technologies International, LLC (ACT I) since June 2015, Doug Harlow also held the position of Director of Business Development for DoD and Intelligence at the same company. Prior to these roles, Doug Harlow worked at GD in a business development capacity, contributing to expertise in defense and cybersecurity sectors.
