Stephen Araps

Stephen Araps is a seasoned financial business manager with extensive experience in managing financial operations for both private and federal government clients. Currently serving as Financial Business Manager at Advanced Concepts and Technologies International, LLC since February 2019, Stephen oversees budgeting, forecasting, and contract management. Previous roles include Finance & Business Process Analysis Manager at AT&T Mobility, where expertise in Six Sigma methodologies was developed, and Expert Consultant at ICF International, conducting financial assessments for federal broadband initiatives. Co-founding The BTP Group, a consulting firm, Stephen also held senior management positions at Broadband Office / Zephion Networks and Verizon, enhancing skills in network operations and project management. Stephen holds an MBA from George Mason University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
