Pietra Craig

Pietra Craig is an experienced Customer Success Manager currently with Actabl since June 2022 and also holds a position at Hotel Effectiveness since June 2021. Prior to these roles, Pietra served as a Senior Operations Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts from January 2003 to March 2021, where responsibilities included managing logistics and communication for various committees, overseeing the development of measurable success metrics, and ensuring member engagement with the IHG Owners Association.
