Anthony Rouault currently serves as a Chargé de projets Environnement at ACTALIA since February 2020, focusing on environmental evaluation projects through Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) and eco-design. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Engineer at the Groupe Ecole supérieure d'Agriculture d'Angers from October 2015 to September 2019, where Anthony created a serious game aimed at promoting environmentally-friendly viticultural techniques. During a doctoral program, a methodological approach for eco-quality design in viticulture was developed, supported by funding from the Agency for the Environment and Energy Management (ADEME) and the Pays de la Loire region. Earlier positions at the same institution involved data collection for viticultural LCA projects and a study on the environmental impacts of organic versus reasoned viticulture practices. Educational qualifications include a degree in Industrial Environmental Engineering from Ecole des Métiers de l'Environnement and a short-term study at the University of South-Eastern Norway.
