Ron Ellis

Ron Ellis joined Actavo in 2017 as Managing Director of Actavo PDC. He is a chartered fellow of the Institute of Management and a member of the Association of Cost Engineers. He has over 25 years of industry experience in the oil, gas, power and renewable sectors.

Ron is responsible for the development and implementation of the UK business strategy, as well as identifying and developing key opportunities to ensure business targets are achieved. Since beginning in his role, Ron has grown the PDC division by 70%. Ron and his team fully embrace all the values of the business. He understands the demands of working in a high-risk environment and places a strong emphasis on Live SAFETY. His dedication to safety is demonstrated through the division’s track record of zero LTIs since he joined Actavo.

Ron describes himself as family orientated, which also translates into his job. He ensures that every person in the team has a clearly defined role, that they know how to deliver OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE and that they are contributing to the best of their ability. He believes in Perform as a TEAM, while recognising the importance of listening to individual voices within the team.

Ron was previously Business Development Director and Senior Project Manager at ENGIE Fabricom UK.
