Anders Thorup Schmidt began their professional career in 2011 as a Substitute Teacher at Margretheskolen. Anders then moved to Jyllinge skole in 2012, where they worked as a Student Mentor. In 2013, they were hired as a Student Mentor at Bak-Op. In 2016, they joined Actee as a Learning Consultant and Student Assistant. In 2021, they left Actee to become a Newfound- and excited business owner at Thorup Schmidt Consulting, providing learning solutions and programs to organizations undergoing change processes and leadership training. Theirgoal is to provide customized learning programs integrating gamification. In 2022, they returned to Actee as a Project Manager.
Anders Thorup Schmidt attended Roskilde Gymnasium from 2008 to 2011, where they studied Social Sciences and English. Anders then went on to Roskilde University from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Danish Language, Litterature and Media with a minor in Psychology. Finally, from 2016 to 2018, they attended Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, studying Psychology of Language.
